Dogs entered from over 16 countries. Around 75 per cent of the dogs were entered for both days. 35 Judges from 14 countries judged and 32 trade standholders from four countries, so the Maastricht Dog Shows are really European orientated.
However it is not decided yet to go forward with two dog shows in one weekend, the Maastricht shows learned that Dutch exhibitors also would like this system to be continued.
Day One a young Welsh Terrier won Best in Show under the Vice President of the Dutch Kennel Club, John Wauben and on Day Two, a Dachshund won Best in Show, under the President of the Dutch Judges Association Wim Wellens.
